Tonight I tried to run Adobe Application Manager, but instead it automatically installed the Creative Cloud Desktop application. Which would be fine, except the desktop app doesn't DO anything.
It appears to launch, but is just a blank white box with no options or applications of any kind listed (see screen shot). I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I tried running Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool and then reinstalling. I even tried uninstalling CC and going back to Application Manager, but that doesn't work either. The app seems to be useless on WIndows 7 64 bit.
HI Sansf0i,
Please follow the steps below :-
1. Close Creative Cloud desktop app
2. Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
3.Rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db
and then check
Thanks.
