Creative Cloud disappeared from my laptop

Hi everyone. I have a problem.

I recently re-bought Adobe CC for school but after a few days, the CC app just disappears. The icon from my desktop is deleted, The icon from my start got deleted, no icon in the hidden pictograms and I can not find it via search. The only thing I can find is "Creative Cloud files" which is my Cloud but the icon has disappeared from it as well. My apps work fine by the way.

The files of CC are still in my Program files but every time I try to re-install it, nothing happens.

I also tried deleting CC but I can't since I have apps installed. I know that the problem might get solved with uninstalling the apps and then uninstall CC, but since my internet connection is slow I hope there is another solution for this problem.

Another thing I tried is clicking Updates at Photoshop's Help, hoping that something gets triggered but no luck.

The only way to get CC back so far is re-downloading the CC app and then installing it. However, after a day or so it disappears again.

Anyone else have this problem and/or knows how to solve this?
