And where are you getting this message (A Screen shjot would help)?

Is this an INdividual Account or a Corp/Enterprise/Educational account?

    Hola! no he podido resolver el problema. Es una licencia individual, cuando le pido a InDesing que haga la actualización me sale la siguiente pantalla donde dice que no tengo permiso.

     

     

    Acceso al chat de Adobe Creative Cloud pero no está activo. No sé que hacer...

    Gracias!

    Ya lo resolví... desinstalé la versión que tenía e instalé la última, no sé si habrá otra forma.
