Creative Cloud Doesn't Show All Of My Apps For Installation

My Creative Cloud account is for all apps.  I've been running it on my old computer for years.  I just bought a new Surface Pro X and attempted to install all apps.  When I download Creative Cloud it only populates about 16 of the apps and I've had no success figuring out how to get the rest of the apps to populate.  I'm able to install the apps that are there like Bridge and Photoshop.  No error messages and the installed apps run fine.  But I need Premiere Pro and After Effects and those are two of the apps that don't populate. 

 

I completely uninstalled everything and ran the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool and started over with the same result.

 

I tried contacting tech support via the chat line and they were of no help at all.  

 

Has anyone come across this or any ideas how to resolve this?

Surface Pro X seems to be equipped with a different CPU called MicrosoftSQ1, and there seems to be difficulty in running x64 (for the current Intel / AMD64 bit processor) apps.
That may be the cause.
* I saw a net article about the fact that Premiere Pro and After Effects could not be executed.

For example, the Mac has moved from PowerPC to Intel.
In this regard, Microsoft expects hardware and OS updates to be able to run x64 apps, and Adobe expects updates to work on ARM-based CPUs in the future ...

Wow, Microsoft make a new PC that runs 32 bit apps but doesn’t run most 64 bit apps? What planet are they on? Clearly unsuitable for Pro use.

    Hello, 

     

    Anyone know or have an idea when Adobe plan to update the Apps for surface pro x?

    Adobe won't downgrade their apps so they run on the Surface Pro X. One day, the Surface Pro X might be upgraded to be good enough for the Adobe apps. But Microsoft have not said when this might happen. Here is a Microsoft article about the limitations: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/surface/surface-pro-arm-app-performance You need to be VERY aware of these weird rules when you buy apps... most high end apps are not compatible because they switched to 64 bits (because Microsoft recommended it!)
