Creative Cloud Download Error 504

Hi Adobe people,

I get a download error in the creative cloud app.

My fonts don't load anymore in my Premiere projects.

It's error 504.

When will it be fixed, we need the fonts.

I am sorry that individuals in this forum discussion were affected by Error 504.  From several reports in this discussion it appears this error is not continuing to occur is that correct?

If you are continuing to encounter the error then can you please post a screen shot of the error message.  Information on how to post a screen shot can be found at FAQ: How do I capture and post a screen shot or video?​.  If you can also indicate which country you are located in it would be appreciated.

I am also online again. "Worldwide problems with licences and downloads, also on the website" is what an adobe helpdesk employee said. I really would appreciate if the support could drop a little note in the forum to let us know the next time. I lost an hour in searching in the internet, checking the host data, restarting the pc etc, checking other possibilities. All in vain, I could have used the time better..

I had the same problem this morning.. did a computer restart and the app started working.

Same here - download error 504. Munich / Germany. What is going on?

Yeah I get the same error but in a different way. Whenever I open creative cloud, the apps section never loads, it just says "Download Error".

But I was literally using adobe premiere pro for 3 hours yesterday. I tried changing my internet and firewall settings but nothing works.

Yep, same problem across all machines (mac & pc) in Sussex! We cant load typekit fonts so no work being done until it's fixed! tick tock...
