Creative Cloud DOWNLOAD ERROR!!

It' all the day that i'm trying to install Creative cloud.

The installation it's ok but when i open it, if i go to the app list it show me the Download Error!

I tryed a lot of things, delete the OOBE folder, SLStore, SLScache but NOTHING works. What can i do?

I tryed also to re-install but it doesnt work!
