Creative Cloud download

Hello, I currently own a Dell Latitude D510 and I have been trying to download creative cloud. Once I run the download, I get a message saying, Procedure entry point FullProcessImageNameW KERNEL32.dll. Can anyone help me find out how to resolve this problem?

Thank you. I honestly do not know but it is a 2007 laptop so it is pretty outdated.  I will try a windows update. Thanks again, Rayna.

win 7 was released in 2009 so you probably don't have an os compatible with adobe cc.
