hello together.
since yesterday morning i have the problem that cc does not open and i have no access to my programs.
as soon as I start my mac and cc opens automatically there is an endless loading screen until it says cc needs longer today, relaunch. so then I was almost 5 hours with the adobe remote service on it and still nothing of their measures has helped. it was performed the adobe cleaner, root accound, macos to the latest state, reinstalled cc and so on.
please help, have any of you had this problem before ?

reset the cc app:
to reset the cc desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
