Creative Cloud Error Code 1

I had this installed on my desktop...all of a sudden its gone and my TK's don't work in illustrator (I assume they are related).

When I try to reinstall it, I get error code 1.

As you mentioned that you are getting Error code 1, please see the steps shared in the link for help:

Let us know if you continue to face issues with fonts in Illustrator.
