Creative Cloud error code 50

Tried to update this program and update failed and then i could not get into creative cloud, would not run! I tried uninstalling with windows and that came up that I could repair this program, that failed. I the tried the creative cloud remover from adobe and that did not work also.It installs to about 50% and it gives me an eror code 50! Somebody have any ideas or do I just dump this program and go to another as i seem to have more problems with this program then it is worth. I am running windows 10.

follow each step that you can:

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 3 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

Thank You much, that worked. Had to uninstall all my creative aps as well and then was able to reinstall cloud etc and in the process of reinstalling the aps.
