creative cloud esta baixando como arquivo .DMG

alguém poderia por gentileza me ajudar, meu crative cloud está baixando em .DMG e eu uso o windows, quando eu tento baixar algum programa especifico como o illustrator ele diz que deve atualizar o sistema porem isso nunca ocorreu, antes de formatar o pc meu creative estava funcionando normalmente, depois que formatei começou esse erro.
