Creative Cloud.exe - Application Error

Hi

I've had CC on my PC for 4 or 5 years now. Current OS is Windows 10.  For the last few days I receive the following error message when I try to launch CC.  There are no issues with PS.

Is there any easy fix, please?

uninstall , https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
