Hi ilikememes,

As you have mentioned that you are unable to update Creative Cloud on your mac os 10.11.6 as it gets stuck at 2%. I would like to know if the steps suggested by Kglad worked for you? In case you still need assistance with this, please try the steps mentioned here: -"Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app and update the discussion with the results.

Thanks.

I tried this and did not work. Also tried running all available updates on my OS first and then tried again, still no success. I also tried deleting and re downloading the installer, still freezes at 2%.

Followed all items in the list, I have no access issues of any kind. This is so terribly frustrating.

Using a personal machine. I think I may finally have it after attempting 3 different wifi connections + a cellular one. When I was finally able to get to my home wifi I only had an error code come up three times, but at least it wasn't saying 2% anymore! Thank you for offering suggestions.
