If I open any CC app my Creative Cloud Libraries is not showing up (see image below) I have tried to uninstall the CC but I have to uninstall all apps to do it

Any thoughts

Thanks, Yes I tried this, I have also uninstalled the whole lot of the apps and reinstalled with no luck, very frustrating as I have a lot of colours saved in the libraries that I use all the time...

Hi,

You need to launch CC desktop and check if it's updated .If it's ok ,try these solutions :

Thanks for the information, Nothing has worked, This happened after the lastest update of apps AI etc...

I have tried uninstalling CC desktop with no luck..

Did you try also the CC cleaner tool (from Adobe, not the free registry checker of the same name). CC Cleaner removes any leftovers from prior installs that sometimes create trouble.
