Please take a look here: DDL Articles at ProDesignTools

There you'll find the installation files for older versions of operating systems.

I'll recommend to save the download files on an USB stick, hard drive or CD/DVD, but it isn't sure how long these links are available.

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 23H2 -- LR-Classic 13.4 - Photoshop 25.11 - Nik Collection 7 - PureRAW 4 - Topaz PhotoAI 3

yes, but first determine which version you want. usually that's the last version compatible with your computer.

use this link to find that info  - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html

then use the @AxelMatt info to get the installation files, but this is a better link - https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-direct-download-links.html

follow the directions (esp, step 1)

save the install file. it may not remain online.

thank jim @ prodesigntools.com.
