Creative cloud in desktop locked in wrong email id

I have a issue. when i tried to login to creative cloud i entered the wrong email id.

Now i cannot login to creative cloud as it ask me to verify the email id which does not exist.

how can i unlock creative cloud login

Hi

Thank you everyone for the suggestion.

However I solved the problem in a different way. This is what I did.

I downloaded another adobe product trial version (acrobat) . Then when I installed acrobat it asked me if the login credential I had used previous in creative cloud was correct or not. In that step i could change my login credential to the correct one and I could then login to my creative cloud.

Saying this the step given as following

  1. Close the Creative Cloud Desktop application.
  2. Rename the OOBE folder in this location :
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE

The Adobe ID is saved in this folder .Now it will ask you to enter your ID again .

should be more easy and practical way to handle this issue if any other user face such problem again.
