Creative Cloud Install Error

Hello! I install Creative Cloud with Photoshop and Illustrator, InDesign but when I install the program from the following error:

Installation problem for InDesign CC (2014)
installation error
Can not extract the temporary directory. Contact Customer Support.
(EX11)
