Creative cloud install stops at 16%

Hello,

I try to install Creative Cloud but the installation is blocked at 16% since yesterday... Don't get any error messages, but nothing's happenning anymore...

Can anyone help me?

I Had the same problem!

Just try to install http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html and restart your mac, then u can try it again

But, as I wrote, it doesn't work. Or I'm too stupid to do it (it's very possible!).

same problem ! it's 90% for me... then it stops

Lechatblanc, sorry you are facing problems, please check the install log to determine the error that is preventing the installation of the adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.  Information on how to locate and review the install logs can be found at https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html.

Hello, thanks for your answer.

I've tried but as I wrote before, I don't have any message error.

I've been said to uninstall everything then re-install but I always get the same message (see attached file). And when I go on the link, it's the same over and over...
