Hello,

I recently noticed my desktop icons refreshing every 30 seconds. I tracked this to the Adobe desktop services. I then opened the desktop CC and found it was not displaying my app data and informed me there was 'no internet connection' - Which there was of course. So i tried to update the desktop and received the failed code C191 error. I have since tried removing the desktop app and reinstalling it using this method https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/failed-install-creative-cloud-desktop.html However this still has no effect when reinstalling the desktop cloud app. It installs to around 60% then i receive the following message everytime "we are unable to install creative cloud this time. Please click "Retry" to start again. (Error Code: C191)

Please advise asap.

best

Chris

Hi Chris,

Have you tried updating the Microsoft store? Open the Microsoft store, select "Downloads and updates" from the menu at the top right, and then click the "Get updates" button. Once the updates are finished, restart your PC (don't skip this), and try the CC installation again.

Let us know if that helps or if you are still experiencing issues.
