Creative Cloud Installer rejects my password

I'm under the Free Trial Plan at the moment, and when I tried to install the Creative Cloud, the Creative Cloud Installer rejects my password, and I'm sure this is the correct username and password that I also use for log on to www.creative.adobe.com. What shoudl I do in order to make the installation work?
