Creative Cloud Installer

Hey everyone.

I am currently trying to install creative cloud onto my new computer. I am following all the prompts but it won't work. It is making type in my user name and password before it will actually install. I've changed my password, nothing. New user name, nothing. It keeps telling me the password is incorrect but it's not. Can someone please help?
