Creative cloud installing issue

Hi, so everything was working fine. Then a few days ago I get a message that Creative cloud needs to be repaired. So I run the repair and during the installation I get an error message (P50). So I uninstall previous version (I have to uninstall with Revo uninstaller because I get a message there is something wrong with the creative cloud uninstaller). I restart my computer, I install, sometimes it goes well, sometimes I get P50 again. Either way, even if I can install the software, it lasts maybe a day. Then everything starts all over again. I run on Windows 10. Thanks to anyone who can help! Sara

Unfortunately this morning I got, again, the pop up message that Creative Cloud needed repairing, but installation was not successful. Error P50 again. So cleaning evertything up did not work 😞

Jaz72, sorry you are continuing to encounter problems. If you follow the four solutions offered by Axel in https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/failed-install-creative-cloud-desktop.html are you able to successfully install the Creative Cloud desktop app?

Hi,

you mean I have to uninstall ALL the applications?? Photoshop, bridge, lightroom? So I'll have to reinstall all my plugins, actions, brushes...?

Yes.

I know that's a lot of work, but I think that's the best way.
