Creative Cloud is empty

I"m guessing CC is to offer more than an empty box.  I have tried to reinstall CC. That didn't work. Then I tried to uninstall, but then I receive a message that other apps need CC.  I did have 2 emails associated to Adobe, but that has been fixed. I clicked on "manage my account". No action.  I tried to log out. Nope. nothing. 

I have Windows 10 Home.
