Creative cloud issue after update

Hi !

I've decided to upgrade to the last version... (stupid idea when you need to work fast ><")

after the update of creative cloud app and lightroom,i want launch lightroom, catalog update, and BAM : white screen.

i have follow all steps of this thread : Unable to login to Adobe CC with white screen [Fix]

Now I have this window blocked:

If i close it, lightroom is closed too, i'm on windows 7 if...

I'm totally lost, i need to work today. a big thanks per advance for the one who can help me.

unfortunately it's not that simple but thanks.

after 2 hours with an adobe support technician who took remote control of my computer, unfortunately he couldn't find the solution, we deduced that it was really a validation issue.

I went back to 2 previous versions until I had a solution later.

i havn't issue with adobe creative app, its when i launch photoshop or lightroom
