Hello!

There are at least two other topics here on the same issue that are both unresolved (even though one says "Solved"):

https://community.adobe.com/t5/get-started/what-is-it-cc-png/td-p/10438728?page=1

https://community.adobe.com/t5/get-started/creative-cloud-attempts-to-download-cc-png-on-pc-boot/m-p...

I have got the same annoying bug as these people.

After system start there is a popup window that prompts me to Open/Save/Abort the Download of cc.png from connect.ffc.adobeoobe.com.
No matter which of the three options I chose, the same popup apears after the next system boot.

Has anyone being able to solve this?

thank you!
Ulrich

that cc.png is a 1x1 px file that does exist at connect.ffc.adobeoobe.com and that is an adobe domain and could be used to test your connectivity with adobe's download servers, but that's a guess on my part.

anyway, see if you can update your cc desktop app (cc > help > check for updates)

if that fails, try resetting your cc desktop app by pressing:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, try to repair
https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html

if that fails, it's probably not worth uninstalling, cleaning and then reinstalling, but if you want to proceed:

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired.
update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud
if you're unable to download the cc desktop app at this stage, use the link at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials:
