Creative cloud license issue for Photoshop 2017 CC app

Hello how are you?

I'm helping my client "EMAIL REMOVED", she is having a problem with Photoshop on her iMac 27 inch 2015 (MacOS Sierra v10.12) where when trying to open Photoshop it calls the Adobe Application Manager application which does the license verification process, but it results in the screen saying that the license was not found, as the package was recently purchased.

 

How to proceed with this question, she really needs to use Photoshop...
