I was using Lightroom 5.7. 2 days ago I bought CC plan and downloaded Lightroom CC and Photoshop CC. Unfortunately although I can see in Lightroom preferences that it recognise me as "subscribed" still program opens in "Trial Mode" or asking Licence key (same with Photoshop). Any help how can I fix this issue ?

Hi Emre,
You can follow the article: Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later, Acrobat DC to get your activation issues resolved.
Let me know if it works or not.
Thanks,

Dear Sheena,
Thank you for your email.
Adobe Application manager is not opening in my mac unfortunately. Adobe Creative Cloud application is working.
I tried to deactivate as you recommend but unfortunately under lightroom help menu there is no "deactivation" button. As I mentioned earlier in Lightroom preferences under Lightroom mobile tab it shows that I am subscribed....
I do not know what to do and need help, otherwise I will cancel subscrition and try to buy Lightroom 6 without CC.
Regards,
Emre

Emre,
If the link above (Creative Cloud applications unexpectedly revert to trial mode | CS6, CCM ) doesn't help, try sign in and sign out of the Creative Cloud desktop app
FYI:
Creative Cloud for desktop application is only supported on Mac OS 10.6 or later, and Windows 7 or later. If you're downloading an app on an earlier operating system, Adobe Application Manager is used to download and install your app.
On Mac OS X 10.7 or later, and Windows 7 or later, Adobe Application Manager is automatically updated to the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app .
