Creative cloud, mac... blank white space

Hi,

Any help greatly appreciated, I am running Creative cloud, however, when I open the creative cloud window from my toolbar on my Mac, it just gives me a blank white space and the gear icon (when I click on this i can get help, pin to menu bar and quit).... please help!!

Kindly confirm if you are getting spinning wheel in center of your CC Desktop app. Please follow the below link for same.

App doesn't open | Progress wheel spins continually

first, close your cc desktop app.

then, rename the opm.db file by:

    navigate to the OOBE folder.

        Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

        Mac OS: /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder

    and rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db, eg

finally, launch your cc desktop app.
