Creative Cloud No Longer Lists Applications

My Creative Cloud application no longer lists any applications.  It just displays a small window with the creative cloud logo in it (see attached image).  I can't close the small window, and can't click any options on the larger window.  I have to use Task Manager to kill it.

I can still run the applications that I'd already downloaded (photoshop and after effects) but can't download any others.
