Creative Cloud not launching. How to solve?

Creative Cloud is not launching.

Tried to restart CC but after a while, it sends a message to Repair or Uninstall. None of these works.

Tried to restart the computer and relaunch CC. no results.Reinstall CC with same negative result.

Tried to download a new version but the exe file collapses.

Tried to delete the content of the OOBE folder and relaunch CC, with no results.

So far, nothing worked, so obviously, I have no access to Lightroom.

What else can I do to fix the problem?

Please state your computer OS and version.

Please state also any error you get. You may also post a screen shot of what happens when launching the CC app.

What flavour of Lightroom are you using: Lr Classic or Lr?

Excuse me, I was absent for a few days.

My computer is Mac OS X 10.11.6

Lightroom in use is Lr Classic even though, not updated for one year or so.

Errors are:

Option "Repair" does not work
