Creative Cloud not registering apps installed

Hi, I am using Adobe apps. All the apps are well, and apparently they are all activated. However, today I tried to sign in to Creative Cloud to see if I could get anymore Adobe apps. Once I signed in, it said that my home feed is empty (picture below). Beside is all the apps that my computer has. They all have no problems opening. Like all other posts that I have seen, when I clicked on the "Install Adobe Apps" button, it also did nothing. Does someone know how to fix this? Thank you.
