Creative Cloud on pause?

I cant open up creative cloud. its just a blank screen. and theres a pause button on the icon. 

And my PS is running slow

 

help!

First restart your computer.

 

That icon on the CC icon mean the Sync feature of the CC DTA is Paused. Not that the actual CC app is paused.

I restarted, its still there 😞

Same happening here, though this is an older post.

Resolved by:

(Pause and resume file sync)

1. Open the Creative Cloud desktop app. (Select the icon in your Windows taskbar or the macOS menu bar.)
2. Go to Cloud activity icon in the upper right, and then select the gear icon to open preferences. ...
3. To pause or resume the syncing of files, select Pause syncing or Resume syncing, respectively.
