creative cloud on pc + mac +iphone?

hello,

i just seem to find the information.

i installed creative cloud on my pc at work, my imac at home AND on my iphone/ipad.

all programs work but the creative cloud desktop program itself remains blank or white.

i can see that there are uploads waiting as i see a blue circle on the dark icon on my taskbar ( i presume it's an uodate), but the opening window when i click on it, remains blanco.

therefore my question : isit the installation on my iphone that causes this?

is therefor an iphone or ipad considered as a 3rd computer and therefor not licensed?
