Creative Cloud Photoshop failure to install

I have creative cloud and have paid for the full Adobe Package, I have downloaded Indesign but can't download Photoshop, it installs but immediately disapears from installed list.

        Despite your account being literally already 15 years old at that point (now 21). Didn't understand why anyone would make their account in 2002 and be silent until 2017... Guess not.

        what's your os?  in particular, is it 64 bit?
