Creative Cloud Photoshop v24.1

As of today, Photoshop v 24.1 no longer works. It starts, but then turns itself off again. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, same problem. does anyone know a solution?

I received a 24.1.1 update this morning. Can you check and see if you get prompted for that update to see if it resolves your issue?  In case it doesn't, what OS are you running (Mac/Win)?

I haven't received the 24.1.1 update yet. But after I cleared everything, including the presets, everything works again

It's driving me crazy, now it's not working again, I'm using windows 11. I couldn't find the update to 24.1.1

I switched to 24.0.1 and it works there. it is probably because of the version 24.1

i have win10 and just received the ps 24.1.0 update today.  i don't see a 24.1.1 update

Maybe 24.1.1 is a Mac-only release at this point.  I just got the extra point release this morning.

Yes, everything is installed from the Adobe Creative Cloud. Photoshop opens briefly, but then closes again immediately

Restart your computer.

Go to Windows Start Menu.

Right-click on PS icon.

Select More > Run as Administrator.
