creative cloud pide reparacion al inicio. OTRA VEZ!

Aca estoy de nuevo con el creative cloud que me ha vuelto a pedir reparación despues de dos dias de trabajar lo mas bien.

Este es la ventana que aparece al inicio

ahora bien, se me dió por mirar que pasaba con la carpeta OOBE y encontre solamente estos tres archivos... todo lo demas se borro.

ya desinstale, limpie volvi a instalar, cambie el nombre del archivo opm.db a opm-old.db

Y sigo con el mismo dilema. Ya me esta hartando y no se que mas hacer... alguien que me tire un dato!!!
