Strange days indeed! I have been using CC for over a year on my computer without any issues. Our computers are joined to an AD domain and run Windows 10 Pro. My computer, a powerful CAD capable computer was need for a colleague for demanding tasks so we transferred it to her (and I got leftovers). I was using a full CC account with all apps, so I signed out before turning it over so that I could use it on my other computer.
After the computer was moved the administrator created a new account for that user and since this user only needed Acrobat Pro we signed her up to her own account. She signed in and has been using the computer. Now the strange part- periodically what appears to be the Creative Cloud app pops-up apparently asking for something but it's unreadable for us because the language appears to be Chinese. Unfortunately we don't have any Chinese speakers here to help. I have attached a screenshot. Anyone else seen this?

Applications use the language they are installed in. So I never experienced this.

Experiencing the same issue on my office PC, would like an expatiation from Adobe ASAP. The last thing we need is an infected editing rig.

Have you made sure both the default language for CC apps and the computer are set to English?
