Hi
We had a subscription of Adobe Creative Cloud and then it just stopped to work, even after I had inserted the credit card info and it had worked for a time it just stopped from nothing.
I spent almost 2 hours with international Adobe Support to solve this and anyone was able to find the old transaction, after I gave up to look up this old transaction I asked to make a new purchase, then I spent more 40 minutes explaining that I would like to make a new subscription and got redirected twice between India and USA, then I gave up again.
I found the Brazillian call center number and gave a new try to purchase here, after 20 minutes of waiting in the line someone picked up and redirected me again to another someone, after explain to this someone what was happening I was redirected to a third person, this third person then told me that I would need to call back the first number that I tried.
Seems Adobe is far more lost than I am.
Now I am here because I am trying to make the purchase subscription online and when I get the step 4 it keeps loading without any action.
Now I am without using Adobe apps and Adobe Support just sucks to solve it for me.
