Creative Cloud says "Start Trial" even though I have a student membership

I have been have this problem for almost a week. I bought the student Creative Cloud membership last Saturday, and it was working fine, up until Monday. i was working on a project in Premiere and I closed it for a little while and then came back to it to see a sign in, but i didn't realize that it was it said " terms and conditions for trial software" and I signed in without realizing it. Now every time I go to creative Cloud  after about 30 seconds after opening everything says start free trial like the video I sent. I've tried everything, Limited access tool, cleaner tool, app updates, computer updates, and even uninstalling and reinstalling everything and nothing works, now I am asking the community for help, please help, I have no more ideas
