Creative cloud software showing uninstalled on the Creative Cloud despite earlier installations

I have a Creative Cloud subscription in which many of the Adobe software appear uninstalled despite earlier installations. Please help.

It's shows the current installation state of the machine in which you are checking

Edit:- Did you mean that this machine has apps installed which are not shown installed by Creative Cloud?
