Creative cloud stuck at 58%

  • Purchased adobe creative cloud photography plan for 119. Started to upload the first app Creative Cloud and it started downloading. At 58% the installation is now stuck. It says not to close the window until installation is completed. Should I just let it run? Thank you Nate

    Dekonning, do you receive any specific error messages when the installation gets stuck?  If not, then please check the install logs for the error that is preventing the installation from completing.  Complete information on how to locate errors within install logs can be found at https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html.
