Creative Cloud Unable to sync files due to server error

I've seen this problem around and been suffering from it for the passed few months.

I have the latest versions of CC 4.1.1.202 and running on a Mac 10.12..5. Some files just will not sync (Mix of XD, AI, SVG, PNG) and it's starting to cause issues for our team. I have re-installed Creative Cloud to no avail. I'm only using 1.32g of our allotted 100g capacity. I'm hoping I could get some help through here. Happy to send on my log files, just let me know to who.

Also, I would like to inform you that one of the basic reasons for this issue could be that your files include some special characters which are not sync supported.

I have this problem too and your answer above do not apply. CC says I am over limit and cannot add more files unit lI free up space but I'm only using 0.1% of space.

I have never been able to sync my files before. CC tells me "Unable to sync <file> due to server error".

Based on the help page, I'm supposed to wait a while and retry again. I have waited for more than a year. I still can't sync my files.

I fear none of this helps.

My file sync is trying to sync files which aren't there anymore. I also went to the web storage and into the trash there and deleted it permanently. Still it notifies me every so often that it can not sync these files. Very irritating ...
