Creative cloud update 3.1.1.202

I am trying to download a new app (LR) and i went to open my creative cloud to start the process and it says it needs and update 3.1.1.202, so i proceed to let it Run the update and it just gives me an error code 1001 and goes back to the home page of Adobe. How do i get this updated i have looked everywhere?
