Creative cloud using 75% CPU, illustrator at 350%, photoshop at 100% !
Not able to even design an icon or resize an image in photoshop.  My CPU fan is running at max speed right after opening any of these apps. Getting super iritated with adobe apps day by day.

Tried all possbile solutions:
> Uninstalled & reinstalled everything twice using cleative cloud cleaner app
> Tried resetting illustrator preferences
> Tried disabling font sync
> Signed out & reinstalled everything from scratch
> Tried opening illustrator without the creative cloud app opened.

Please someone help!

open your activity monitor to see which process(es) are over-utilizing cpu resources.  report back if you're uncertain how to fix.

there are some ai assets it's trying to access.

from adobe, CCXProcess is a background process that supports Adobe Creative Cloud applications to provide dynamic content including tutorials, stock templates and filters.

Yeah I know that. But does it really need 75% of my CPU resources?
Please adobe...I'm looking for a solution for this software bug. Not an explanation of the problem itself.
Do I have to live with this or is there a solution from adobe? I know lot of other users are experiencing the same.

Forgot to mention : Mine is a Macbook Pro 16 inch 2019, running Big Sur 11.5. Just to be clear, I had this same issue in the previous 2 releases of MacOS as well.

no, there's some problem.  try resetting your ai preferences to see if that stops the problem, http://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html

Have already tried that already. Was mentioned initially in this same thread.

"Tried methods:
> Uninstalled & reinstalled everything TWICE using cleative cloud cleaner app
> Tried resetting illustrator preferences
> Tried disabling font sync
> Signed out & reinstalled everything from scratch
> Tried opening illustrator without the creative cloud app opened."
> Removed CC app using CC uninstaller and opened AI.
Nothing worked!
