Creative Cloud wants me to either purchase or renew, but I am.
Haven't been able to access anything since yesterday. I'm getting prompted that my subscription expired - I have been paying for creative cloud for teams since 2014 - auto renew each month and confirmed that the payments have been made. Yes, I have tried both adobe user IDs that are assigned and neither one of them work.
Now my account shows I have creative cloud for teams and a free trial of creative cloud - but only have access to free trials on the same pc that has been using these programs for that last 4 years. I actually spoke to someone in support yesterday and after 1 hour, they gave me a case number and said someone would call me for a resolution. No one has called yet. This is putting me behind in my work. Would it help to uninstall everything, reboot and reinstall?
