Hi guys

I have updated my CC to the newest version today.

Every time I open CC, I get a white screen.

I saw a post earlier that said he/she was getting online support and was told it had to do with deleting a file.

I have tried reinstalling CC, logging out and logging in again and what I have tried hasn't worked.

The longer it takes for me to wait to see if anything pops up on the launcher, the longer it does my head in...

What file is needing to be deleted to make CC work again? I feel like it's the only option that will work at this point...

Thanks

first, close your cc desktop app.

then, rename the opm.db file by:

    navigate to the OOBE folder.

    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

    Mac OS: /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder

and rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db, eg

finally, launch your cc desktop app.
