Creative cloud will not install

Tried to install it several times once I saw that it would not open, I deleted it and tried to upload it again but it says on the adobe page that its downloading but its been 20 minutes so I know it is not working even though it says it is. Only thing I have on my desktop is Creative Cloud set up but it does nothing either

I had this same issue. I had to disable my Norton anti-virus and then it worked. I don't know if you're running Norton, but you might try temporarily disabling your anti-virus and see if that takes care of the problem. You can always turn it back on when you're finished installing.
