For some reason, Adobe CC won't launch from the "Sign in" screen. When I try to launch a CC app, the "Sign in required" screen pops up, then when I click "Sign In" in the bottom right, it says "Thank You" and "Creative Cloud will now be licensed for (etc.)," then when I click continue, it goes back to the "Sign in required" screen and it all starts again! Cheers.

Contact support - For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat or phone option...
Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

Hi,
It seems to be a permissions issue.
Quit CC desktop from the wheel on the right corner .
Rename the folder "OOBE" to "OOBEold" in : "[System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe"
Go to [System drive]:\Programs\Adobe ,choose an application folder and run the application as an Admin by a right clic .
