Creative Cloud won't launch

New Here ,
Aug 18, 2015 Aug 18, 2015

I am using Windows 7 Home (64 bit o/s). I have downloaded the Creative Cloud file and executed it with and without the firewall. It will download and place the icon on the desktop, put files on the directory yet it won't launch. I have turned off the firewall and reinstalled, and still nothing. Suggestions? I have uninstalled the Program and reinstalled and still doesn't seem to work. I have a Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader installed on my computer as well, they are older versions and I wouldn't think they would cause the application to hang up but who knows. Default installation is going to Programs (x86) Folder.

Any help, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am unable to find the opm.db, however, I did find a pim.db and removed this and reinstalled, didn't work. There is no OOBE file folder under the Adobe Creative Cloud folder to delete. I will try the other two options and see if either work.

Thanks.
