Creative Cloud won't open and won't uninstall??

My creative cloud won't open, and i tried to uninstall it and it says its open so its unable to uninstall. Help!!

Hi Solomiya,

Please try the steps below:

• Uninstall the Adobe CC desktop app (Creative Cloud Help | Uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app)
• Reboot the machine.
• Install the latest version of Adobe creative cloud from the link: Creative Cloud Help | Creative Cloud for desktop

I already said it won't uninstall.

Please specify the error message that you get while uninstalling.

You might want to use the Adobe cleaner tool: Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
